Bollywood actress Esha Gupta walked the ramp as English football club Arsenal launched their new team jersey. The two-tone blue design away kit, which starts with a lighter shade and then fades into navy blue towards bottom, is created by club’s partners Puma.
Esha, an Indian film actress and model, is a well know Arsenal fan. She is often spotted during the Gunners’ matches at the Emirates Stadium. Also a good friend of the club defender Hector Bellerin, Esha also interacted with Arsenal supporter on Snapchat, where she was seen supporting the social media platform’s new specs as she spoke with fans in north London.
Gupta, who has been spotted taking in matches at the Emirates Stadium on multiple occasions previously, modeled the new kit at the club’s official store in London, and also addressed the millions of Arsenal fans via the club’s official Snapchat channel.
According to reports, Esha and Hector had dined at London restaurant Vanilla Black in September. Though, reports also suggest that they have not taken this relationship further.
The team will wear the new jerseys for the first time during this week’s tie against Benfica as they get down to action for the Emirates Cup. Arsenal have already played four matches of their pre-season campaign, with mixed results.
