Late yesterday (Monday), the first Indian to get a seeding in the UWW World Championships Bajrang Punia had to settle for the silver. In an exciting final, Punia was stopped by a tactically superior Takuto Otuguro from Japan. The ace Indian had to be content the 65kg Freestyle silver following the 9-16 verdict. Bajrang had his moments which the 9-16 score line won’t reflect.
