AB de Villiers to return from retirement for Pakistan Super League




South African cricket star AB de Villiers will return from the retirement to participate in the Pakistan Super League later this year.
De Villiers has himself announced his plans to come out of retirement and join the Pakistan Super League. Taking to twitter, de Villiers has himself announce the new of his participation in the PSL.
“It’s time for @thePSLt20. So, there’s going to be a party in February?#ABaurPSL #psl2019,” tweeted de Villiers, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL.
The South African cricket icon had retired from international cricket earlier this year citing burnout.
He is likely to play for Lahore Qalandars, who will have first choice after finishing bottom of the league last time. Qalandars, who have finished bottom of the league in each of the previous three PSL seasons, are likely to make him their captain.
De Villiers is expected to play for the Titans in South Africa over the winter.  He retired from international cricket holding the record for the fastest ODI fifty, hundred and 150.
The 2019 PSL will take place in February and March next year.
