The Supreme Court of India, while approving the draft constitution of Board of Control for Cricket in India” with some modifications has discareded the “one-State, one vote” policy recommended by the Justice Lodha Panel.
The apex court also gave full membership to the Mumbai Cricket Association, Vidarbha and Railways.
The three-judge bench has granted three weeks to register the modified BCCI constitution.
